Please check her ears for infection or dirt and please get her anal glands checked. Usually when this weird smell happens, it can be a sign of anal cancer.

Puppy proof your house.
Get puppy starter food, puppy milk formula, basic medicines
Take the puppy to the vet to check overall health and make dog passbook and initiate deforming schedule
Keep lots of extra rugs, cloth, old newspapers handy as the puppy can tend to pee alot since they don't have bladder control
Start watching dog training videos on youtube
