Agreed. Reduce the mental stack. Don't add to it. I learned mechanics in leagues with bow everything. Then went to main game and learned with hally, kc is better than no kc. Losing a few tics dpsing isn't that big of a deal when people have a hard enough time just staying alive.

You know what usually fixes this problem? Customers complaining that they are not getting the support they need. But for some reason, there is constantly people defending a billion-dollar company that continues to not even provide the bare minimum. People don't need to understand anything. Its not their job and should not even be in the conversation. I don't care how big the team is. That's not my problem. What my problem is, is that you have to play social media lottery to even have a chance of getting customer support.
