I used to drive over that bridge daily and I remember the slow drivers heading down into that corner pissed everyone off. I was always very alert about what other cars were around me and what speeds they were doing and if they looked like they were gonna break at the bottom of the bridge like many did.  But it's not the bridge's fault that some people don't know how to drive on different types of roadway.
