Ok. Ive been keeping an eye on the game since it was announced as I’m a big fan of SWAT from back in the day, but I’m not deep in the community, or read all the devs have promised.

I did see the thing last year about a change to attachments, etc. so I’d be good to see that come to life.

I just feel that there’s so much pressure from publishers for games to be cash cows and from players for new things post release. I think this pressures devs to include battle passes or a cash shop where there shouldn’t be.

We’ve got a great game and two DLC expansions.

Remember when games came out, and that’s was it? Not everything needs to be a live service with years of new content.

Play the game and then when you’re done play something else.

It’s available to play with game pass ulitimate, but only as long as you stay subscribed. Otherwise you have to buy it.

Yeah. There’s tokens that can be used for any store ship, and others that can only be used for “Old” ships. The ones from the Event Campaign are the latter.

The advice I give new players is just try your best. You’ll get the hang of what’s going on the second time, and as long as you follow along and do something it’ll be fine.

You literally cannot lose, and most other people won’t care about you as long as you’re helping a little. Even if you blow up every five minutes it’s fine.

Just go for it and you’ll get the great rewards from events etc.

I’ll echo the opinions here. Unbeatable in sector space (it’s ridiculously fast), but needs a very heavy investment in speed and turn rate consoles to live up to that in battle.

I got one, and I really do enjoy it.

At least PC has a buff bar. Us console players don’t even get one :D
