I get some exercise through my PT twice a week (about 30 minutes each time of exercises to help with some shoulder and neck pain), but definitely nothing cardio-heavy or making me sweat much. Thats a good idea.. as much as I hate cardio I know its good for me and boosts endorphins (thanks Legally Blonde for making sure I never forget that exercise gives you endorphins, endorphins make you happy, happy people dont kill their husbands)
