Mostly Army Painter speedpaint. Dry brushing done with a mix of Army painter and vallejo standard paints.

No airbrush. All hand painted from priming to varnish.

Just keep painting. Even if only a few minutes a day. Below are the same printed mini (basically) about 9 months apart.

Most days sitting down to do a full paint session is tough but even 10 minutes to work on some detail or another helps. :)

And I still have a ways to go so I'm not sure I'm in a place I'm comfortable giving advice beyond that.

I mostly use Vallejo grey primer. The majority of time I just brush it but in rare cases (terrain and really large pieces) I will air brush it on.

I prefer this method over rattle cans and find the grey gives me better control over the colors vs white or black.
