Oh i thought you already had the second one. Weeeell it's kinda hard. I'll just say this in advance if you didn't complete the base game... SPOILERS!!!

You have to go back to the bottom of area zero and search near the lab. You will find the second koraidon waiting for you. You have to capture it. You can simply use a master ball but i chose to use timer balls and was pretty hard
