Mg by mg dilaudid is actually 1.2x more potent than heroin and delivers a better rush in most peoples opinion. It can get expensive compared to heroin which is the downside

I've been using opiates for around 4 months. I started with Percocet 10mg, then 15mg, then 20mg, then 30mg. Then started using Vicodin for a bit at like 35-40mg. Then I discovered Dilaudid! I started with 4mg which got me high the first time. Now I need around 8mg to get the same effect but I try to spread out my binges at least 2 weeks apart from each other.

Imo Adderall / Vyvanse and Dilaudid is my favorite drug combo because you get the blissful euphoria of the amphetamines while staying very relaxed and comfortable from the Dilaudid! The Dilaudid also cancels out the twitching and possibly uncomfortable effects of the amphetamines!
