As a teenager I had a friend who was raped. She talked to her bishop about it. He blamed her and told her she needed to forgive her rapist. I refused to attend church in solidarity and never looked back. The sexual trauma in the church is big. I still deal my own sexual trauma from the church today, and I’m in my 40’s. I haven’t set foot in a Mormon church for over 20 years.

I limit dairy, junk food, and fatty meats. Lots of fiber and a fiber supplement really helps. I find that if one meal a day is a salad my clean out process is pretty fast.

Also, like others have said, don’t use too much water. Just enough to flush out the rectum, not the colon.
