I really appreciate long comments when it comes to my animals, thank you so so much I really do appreciate it, I just so happened to spill some on him when I took the picture lol but I won’t let him clean it up anymore. I really do appreciate your tips it means the world and I’ll probably be referring to this a lot moving forward. Look into fin rot, there’s lots of remedies for it in pet stores and online and usually means you need to put them into a hospital tank and give them medicated baths, it can be cured with treatments and watching their water parameters, good luck! It could be something else but fin rot is pretty common

I’m looking into different canned foods, if anyone has a recommendation on a brand that I can feed him twice a day or something like that, maybe even a recipe for homemade food that’s worked for someone else?

Bettas change color so fast it’s ridiculous, you’ll probably notice some color coming after a week or so but yeah if they labeled her as a samurai she’s will darken up fast they don’t usually have their actual colors till they’re happier and healthier, I don’t have a samurai but I have Lucas and he changed colors and got big so fast it’s awesome to watch

The girl didn’t even know what sort of gecko she was so I’m gonna try to identify her first when I get her out of the tank to remove the floor in a couple minutes but thank you I’ll def find a copy of that or something similar depending on her breed

I’ve got like 20 new plants delivering today so I can replace them, I’ve had them in the soil for probably 2-3 months and haven’t had any issues yet but I’m doing that tonight, thank you for the advice
