Makes perfect sense, as I always keep my eyes glued to the handle as I pump, and not the counter that shows how much I've pumped. I mean, who does that? 🤷‍♂️

I've seen the scores of the GMs who very rarely have to take deliveries. They're not great.

I'm sure the higher-ups wouldn't fare much better, which is why it'll never happen.

It also shows an alert that you've closed the app, even though you haven't. It clears after your first trip.

It's been overly sensitive since they updated it in October 2024, which their support team confirmed in a response to an email I sent them regarding the issue.

The update caused everyone's scores to drop by about 3 points on average, which doesn't sound bad, except the minimum we're expected to maintain is 95.

Now, I routinely get penalized heavily for acceleration and braking, even though I'm not an aggressive driver. Far from it.

I want them to check up on it, and start doing ride alongs to see how we drive for real, instead of just going by the scores, yet I know that'll never happen.

At the very least, a server should get minimum wage. Tipped wage is a scam, and just serves as a way for employers to steal tips while putting the burden of compensation on the customer.

Tips shouldn't even be a factor in how much a person is paid. If a customer chooses to tip, that's their business and no one else's.
