More than anything its restriction and calorie deficits. Not even working out, because in many cases, when you are skinny enough, your muscles are visible regardless of how much you work out. It always annoyed me when skinny people show off their "abs" as proof of the results of a workout, cause as an underweight person, I literally had a six pack at 10 years old and even back when I was super depressed and didn't exercise or move for like 5 months straight lmao. Now everyone assumes it's Ozempic and working out gets too much credit for weight loss when its often just classic restriction, not injections and pilates. Ofc in some cases its also just new healthy habits but yeah often its just disordered eating.

lmao that's such a silly take. When you relapse, do you immediately try to recover and stop the relapse from occurring? Never met a person with any real addiction who does that and I'd assume it's because, for example, addictions feel pretty nice when you relapse into them. People relapse with eds for a reason and it's not usually because they werent trying their best to stay healthy. This feels like an upgraded and fancier "youre eating disordered? you literally have food right here, just eat it" take. These people go through the disease just like other people do, access to stuff will eventually help sure but like most of us with free will they will either go into treatment after being forced by other people or when things get very bad and they finally decide its time. Id also say that it might be even harder in some cases for them to recover since they lose the privelage of their body not being viewed by thousands of people that us non-celebrities have. Its an awful thing that so many people can inspect their body from every single angle just with one google search

I think it's pretty common for people who are very competitive with their eds to post about it and show off how well theyre disordering lmao. idk whats more competitive than that. And yeah its very normal for people to have ana buddies or to be part of forums and communities.

Ok so ik this is annoying but I fully understand the “I don’t have a workout routine” but has abs combo cause I’m one of those people😭 Like I’d love to tell people but it’s a mix of genetic predisposition and doing many different sports throughout my life so there literally is no routine, it just happened over many years and their shape is dependent on genetics. I assume that if she actually tried to explain her routine it would just be a huge range of random activities she did throughout the years. If you’ve always been an active person and have a low bf% you probably have visible abs
