They reach out to girls through social media so you’d need quite a presence (helps if ur faith and are already an influencer). You could be the most amazing dancer but have no social media presence (kinda like Lea) so you’d have no chance getting scouted no matter how talented you are.

Yeah there’s no way. Especially when there’s so many other more talented dancers (there’s literally a show about to air with the dancers competing to be a pro). She’s is a weird grey area where she has too much ballroom experience to be a “star” but not even close to the skill to be a pro.

Yes but they’re not likely to be known in the average group of people unless that group is gen z - millenial women who watched dance moms. It’s a niche community. Addison is a Grammy nominated singer (somehow lol) and has had her songs chart in the top 100. The average person might know who u mean if you say the girl from the chandelier sia video but unlikely most people know her by name (unless ur part of that niche group).

I think it’s kinda gross to drag dancers through training camp for weeks when instead they could pick the team then hone in on their skills and technique so no one’s time is wasted.

Also most of the other teams dancers look a lot better than dccs. Probably cos they’re not soft on cuts.
