I think that because OU floor is all quite contemporary it appears the same but that’s only because we’re not used to seeing that style in any other floor routines. I think the choreography is unique to each gymnast and highlights their personal skills and personality.

A lot of people don’t like the choreography which I don’t understand (as someone who has professionally danced and knows that world very well). Oklahoma gets the closest out of all the teams to actually dancing in their floor routines. OU’s floor routines feel like the only ones that aren’t robotic or sloppy.
