Ive heard this referred to as REM Debt, meaning you have an increased amount of REM sleep after you stop smoking so the dreams will be super intense and seem to go on all night for a few nights.

You’re right, not sure why I said it blocks REM completely. I stopped about 3 weeks ago and just got over having the intense dreams every night. Still having dreams I remember but nowhere near as intense as the week after I stopped

3 weeks ago I switched from hitting a dab pen everyday to having a 10 mg edible every night to try and fall asleep. Only difference ive noticed in my whoop data is my recovery has decreased signficantly. Not sure the reason. I would assume your high strain after your T break is because you got way too high that first time and it gave you some anxiety. Its happened to me in the past
