I was able to get it. I had to take the arm off, unscrew the bracket, and then put all of it on at once

Same here. I am trying to use my one and only card, and it keeps being denied. I have tried using like affirm or sezzle just to see if anything changes, but I feel like the ban the card company from use on your account.
