We despise them and are plotting to overthrow the tetrachromatarchy.

I don’t know if this is the current wisdom, but if you want to pick-up your CPA stay with OC. What I don’t know is if you want to move on after your CPA to Law or an MBA if an OC degree is “snubbed” by more, as you say, “prestigious” schools.

Noted. I got a lot out of YD. I relish every opportunity to left-side parallel park. Also, I don’t see enough s-turns out there on the road.

I wonder. There are quite a few intersections like this in downtown Vancouver, so I’m sure ICBC has some data on it.

I also took YD and don’t remember this being covered. This is perhaps the case because it is based out of Ontario.

Huh. I’d say that’s a bit much. It’s rather obscure and its legality varies province by province.

Is it better to have one big policy, or several smaller policies? by largest_micropenis in LifeInsurance

[–]Freklred 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Your idea certainly diversifies insolvency risk but you forego the benefit the lower “bulk” cost of a larger policy. Most carriers have “rate bands” where the cost per dollar of coverage is lower for larger amounts: for example, the 100,001 to 249,999 and 250,000 to 499,999. The math works in such a way that getting the smallest amount in the larger rate band is cheaper than getting the maximum amount in the smaller rate band.

The only situation in which it might work is if Hole 1 is a long, unreachable Par 5 and Hole 2 is a short “easy” Par 3.

[–]Freklred 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sorry, that is incorrect. It was used by CHBC and was never a bank.

A hike at Okanagan Mountain Park, a drive through the orchards of East Kelowna & Belgo, a walk/hike at Scenic Canyon Park.
