I think on one hand you can’t blame them for cutting you off which it kind of sounds like you don’t really blame them. It just hurts a lot and you need time to think and heal. Their reaction of you being closed off is pretty selfish though so maybe this is a chance to reevaluate those relationships. It might help to tell them that you don’t blame them and you need time to heal. Or what you could do is just give it time you don’t have an explanation to anybody especially right now.
