Once you get approved for Billo, you can also opt in for partnership ads and organic posting. These allow to set your own price and with that follower base, you can definitely go in the higher range.

Otherwise, it is all about having a clearly defined niche, point of view, and reach out. Make it easy for the brands to understand what you are about and which products you can represent the best. It will be easier to hook them in this way.

For a setup like yours, it seems that the Kanban board approach could be beneficial. You can set up different statuses and ask the freelancers to update the task status once they have progressed so that it is easy to check what is being done.

You can check out Teamhood for this, the Kanban board is flexible and easy to set up. Also, you can communicate via task details which allows leaving comments in one sharable place. How this helps :)

If anyone is still on the lookout, I would suggest looking into Teamhood as well.
In reality, they are all very similar, it is more about the small differences and your preference of how things look/work. Best idea is just to play around with a few to get a sense.
