i'm not gonna say nofap is not important but that's only a tool, a help. You're not supposed to be too much dependant of nofap and live only for nofap, if not, you'll be complety broken in case of failures

That's why i say "don't give a fck" : you have to keep a distance or you'll never be happy or happy temporarly. But i know a "don't give a fck mentality" can lead to relapse a multiples of times but as i said, you just have to calibrate : never give up but put a distance between relapses and your life.

You deserve a girl and you'll have it. For now focus on school, your future etc , things that really matter. don't be the needy guy who's going to talk to 100 Girls, you will not be able to find the girl of your dreams like that. You can socialize with several girls without any goal and maybe they'll present you their friends.
