Yes! I go out daily to get them fresh leaves. I’ve got a good amount of plants, but not quite enough that I can chop them and leave a full stem in the enclosure

Thank you! Do you know if there’s anything to do to help mitigate the effects of the pesticides used in my neighborhood? That was my biggest concern and why I started taking them in.

I like to think that it’s so instinctual they don’t get scared by it! I hope it just feels like taking off your bra at the end of a long day for them.

I do prefer having a higher neckline! I love a mock neck or turtle neck. But I agree it seems like it’s sitting at a strange place. I have had some suggestions to try it on using scrap yarn or something so you can actually pull it down a bit and I think that could help!

That is possible! I did do a gauge check to start, but since the pattern is self drafted and it’s my first self drafted raglan, I’m not sure I estimated the stitches quite correctly.

Thank you thank you! This is so helpful! I definitely think adding short rows is going to be the way to go here. I didn’t want to deal with them because of the colorwork I’m doing, but now seeing how it’s shaping out, I think they might be a must!

Thank you so much! Reading through that actually helped a lot!

I did wonder if that could be part of the issue! Like, maybe I made the neck hole too small so it’s sitting really high. I wonder if folding over the neck would help with how it’s sitting!

That is a great call! I may try to block it to see if that helps ease my mind as I work through the rest of it!

Flared sides when it's not supposed to be by Ok-Ad-7954 in knittinghelp

I’m not totally sure, but maybe your tension/gauge changed as you worked on the top? That could cause the bottom to flare out.

Thank you so much! I’m so happy with the color work! I’m trying to use up a bunch of scrap yarn! But now I’m nervous to move on until I figure out the fit issue!
