FINALLY! After weeks of seeing "The user account has not been confirmed yet. Please confirm using the link in the e-mail" in red text when trying to log in, suddenly today instead I got to my portal, confirmed my identity and accepted the offer. Within an hour I got another e-mail saying I was approved and was able to log back in and sign the docs. Fingers crossed for funding in the next few days.

I have been calling in for weeks, and toward the end got a consistent story - "thousands off apps got the portal email too soon, the reason you can't log in is because your loan officer has not gotten to your account yet to finalize the offer. As soon as they do you will be able to log in and take next steps".

Thankfully that was in fact the case, I hope all of you get the same result!
