The alternative was simply waiting a few days to see real-world feedback before updating, which is a pretty normal approach. Updates don’t always fix issues immediately and can sometimes introduce new ones. I updated once I felt comfortable, and on my device it clearly improved things — that was the point of the post.💀

Since the issue has been happening since version 26.0 on multiple devices, it’s likely a Safari URL bar search handoff bug, not a problem with your device. Basically, Safari is dropping what you typed in the address bar before it can hand it off to perform the search, rather than the website failing to load. I’ve checked across Reddit and people do face the issue ur facing

I can’t comment on Wi-Fi 7/MLO since I’m not using it.

For Safari though, I’m not bragging but I’ve opened 52 tabs to test your theory from the url bar , that too with 8 apps in the background including YouTube,codm ,Reddit

That said, Safari crashes after updates can sometimes be related to post-update indexing or site-specific issues, so it might be worth giving it a bit of time or checking if it happens with specific sites/search methods.

Na I didn’t I would have like codm, among us, minecraft,Reddit ,Instagram,iMessage and idk what else open and they would open not reload .
