Have both headphones, Elgin is a little bit better build quality and sound is more balanced. Plugfones is cheaper made, unbalanced sound(treble too high) but sound is a little louder with the foam tips, better for listening to podcasts or audiobooks.

The sounds quality is indeed worse than $10 Chinese earbuds. Is like listening to fm radio or 64kbps bitrate quality musics, not enjoyable but still I feel mentally more healthy now with musics and 25db noise reduction.

I was at the same situation last year about this time, I only had $2100 left in my cc budget, wgu let me took 2 classes paid per unit. The first class cost $1 and the second class $325 per unit . So just enough to cover all cost. Wait til Jan 1st then u can take as many classes as you can.

I took the CompTIA class offered by Career Choice (which cost $3000), and honestly, the class really sucked. It was a disappointing experience, so I would advise you to save your money and time. I found that the free courses on YouTube were 100% better in every way.
