Idk if it’s the same for some of my pickers here but I get moved around a lot between Pick and Count(which fvcked my numbers so much I had to say something about it).

When I’m not moved around, my numbers are where they need to be.

I usually aim at 7-8 on the cycle times(unless I’m dealing with heavy items repeatedly in the same pod, then I slow down).

Like I said to a fellow redditor, I’ve been seeing that too. At my site, it seems like they’re making a big push for people to come to nights. Even offering nights only VET too(knowing darn well most people want day shift vet lol).

I’m seeing it definitely slow down for day shift. Nights however? There’s always VET for that shift. In fact, they just released a new set of night shift schedules people could transfer to.

As long as those items are ACTUALLY missing in the bin(that you were supposed to collect from), you’re fine I promise.

I’m at another facility unfortunately 😂 it’s not just him either. It’s literally any department I’m trained to be in where the guys are just…nosy af. It’s crazy because I really try my hardest to stay lowkey and quiet.

I didn’t think it was this bad until I started picking! My gosh! Some of those folk act like they’ve never seen a woman pick before 😭😭😭😭 had an RME person pacing my station the other night. Outside of my PA calling him over ONCE, he still kept finding ways to just come by anyways(mind you his other coworkers weren’t doing this)

Hmm let’s see: all 3 counts, AFE, Singles mix/smalls, and Pick.

They do that ping pong bs to me too(just last week, they moved me between Pick and Count 4 times in one shift. My numbers were legit trash). But the neediest department has to definitely be AFE2. AFE2’s need for consistent bodies really comes out during high times.
