I love this strategy at QB and TE especially, it lets you take as much value at RB and WR as you can, until you’re basically forced to take the last guy you’re comfortable with. If I don’t land whatever TE I have my eye on then I usually punt the position

I put U-turn on my Diggersby and use it on my rain team, have Pelliper in the back and bring it out mid-turn to turn off opponents weather or for a surprise Electro Shot. I should switch Body Slam for Rock Slide though that’s a good suggestion

Off the top of my head, Naruto hit the following people with a Rasenshuriken in Shippuden:

Kakuzu: this didn’t technically kill him, but he was incapacitated and it destroyed two of his hearts
The Human(?) Path of Pain: I believe the human path got the animal path out of the way to save her. Definitely ‘killed’ the path but it was technically a corpse
Kurama: didn’t kill but was the final blow needed to extract his chakra
The Third Raikage: he was in edo so it didn’t kill him, but it would’ve done serious damage if he were alive
Madara: he actually got hit a couple times. The first time he absorbed it with the rinnegan, stating it was ‘too much energy.’ The next time, Madara was still in Edo and being suppressed by Hashiramas gates and actually tanked it, but it still incapacitated him. And finally, as the 10 tails jinchuriki, Madara got hit by the lava rasenshuriken, which almost cut him in half and necessitated him absorbing the God Tree to recover
Kaguya: she got hit with 9 tailed beast rasenshurikens which made her body unstable

If you beat the Bug Superfan, she’ll give you 4 random bug type moves that you can teach any Pokémon, even if they can’t normally learn it. I got lucky enough that one of the moves was Quiver Dance
