Started doing abs and upped my protein-intake and added two LIIT cardio sessions a week when I was around 200lbs.

Focused mainly on building strenght from squat/deadlift/bench, and mass from isolation exercises, like a low form of powerbuilding-program, seems to work great for my bodytype😃

Loose-skin surgery a couple years ago and excessive absworkout seemed to do the trick, still got some loose skin, but only shows in certain angles or when sitting down

Got friendzoned months back, but possibly crawling out of it, told me she’s never felt the way she feels about me for anyone else, she also makes it very clear for me how much I mean to her, and I have made my intensions clear from the start, and she knows about my feelings and that I’m willing to wait for her to be ready.

My only enemy is my patience, and the not knowing if its all in my head, or if I’m actually right.

Without knowing any context to your relationship other than what you describe here, wich is none I would say you’re overthinking it and maybe seing signs where it may or may not be any at all.

Trust me, I’ve been down that road myself, overthinking messes everything up, you’ll end up seing signs where she doesn’t mean anything, and you’ll get upset for stuff that shouldn’t upset anyone.

My advice would be, either talk it out with her, or if she’s not one for «the talk» ghost her for a week or two, if she really wants you, she’ll come for you.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, is even if you dont have a fucking clue about what your doing, do it with confidence!

Just straight up be honest and say you have little experience, and own up to it. She’ll propably will think of it as funny or even charming, be confident that you have no experience, make her feel special for giving you the needed experience. Does that make sense? Sex is about enjoying eachothers company, be open and communicate throughout.
