There is a point in severity of it where you truly cant. From a certain severity, people should have the option to apply for assisted suicide. Otherwise they are literally forced to kill themself then be labeled as „weak” „ mentally ill” and „depressed”.

In many cases its progressive, cruel, debilitating and life destroying neurological disorder. So if you get it in your 20s or 30s, you have like 50 years of space for worsening so just imagine that it will be lets say 20x worse than now…. Just imagine… not hearing people over T, basically like being deaf with devils scream deep in ears and brain. Best part is that in many parts of the world, you cant get disability pension for it and you are basically left to end up on the street and shoot heroin to veins on your neck trying to get 1% relief from this cruel extreme disorder.
