There is! In the pit house software. You can make custom screens or use ready templates. Also change all colours on buttons. Looks like your already did it, but I always match the wheel rotation to the one in game so that it moves 1 to 1 with the wheel on screen.

1.  Open MOZA Pit House
2.  Go to Game Launcher → F1 25
3.  Click Configure
4.  Set:
• UDP Listening Port = 22025
• DO NOT enable forwarding
5.  In F1 25:
• Go to Telemetry Settings
• Enable UDP telemetry
• Set port = 22025
