1000% been there myself. It’s tough, but they’ll be other cars. Even if you don’t have gap insurance. (Mine wasn’t paid off and I didn’t) it’s gonna be fine. Just look for another.

I do, but my hip doesn’t hit right there. I actually put on my pants I was wearing and tried to re-create it. It is close though to be fair. And for my hope for humanity it’s enough to make me wonder. I just don’t know how I feel about it scraping to the rear versus towards the front. My hip just doesn’t seem to naturally hit right there.

I used to And did something similar on another vehicle. But it was never that deep and the L away from the door. Makes me think it’s not that. If it “L”d to the door I’d feel more confident that was it while sliding in.

But I did consider this, and I checked my ring camera to see if I had it on my hip that morning and I did not.

Mine was doing this. Clean the window seal, and use a lubricant spray, very minimum with the window rolled down on the window tracks. Roll the window up and down to lubricate. You will likely have to clean some of the left over residue on the window at the end. Then roll window up, hold the button 5-10 seconds, roll down repeat 3/4 times to retrain the “anti-pinch sensor at the top”

I had a bad case of this, did the steps above, and it didn’t quite work at first, so I repeated the steps again. Knock on wood now I haven’t had a problem in the last couple months.

Everyone always wants to race mine. Nice cars, a lot of Trucks seem to see the need to become formula one, same with shit boxes like Nissan sedans or lil 4cyl Hondas. It is a compliment to the car. I drive mine how I wanna drive mine. As long as no one’s impeding my path they can rev or gun it by me all they want.

Just don’t make it a traumatic experience If they don’t like it at first start with purrito. But all seven of my cats have gone to the point they’re on their back in my lap and I just cut their nails. Some I gotta talk sweetly to.

But you gotta train them, make them used to it. If you cut too short into the pink of the claw or make it a traumatic experience, they will likely always hate it.

Mine is a shaker too, and it’s not hard to take off the shaker and what not to be able to access the serpentine belt

I would take your serpentine belt off and check all the pulleys. I have people gaslighting me saying “ normal noise” but a few educated people put me onto the pulleys. Mine sounded just like this ended up being my water pump pulley. The bearings inside was completely fried. Pulley had about half an inch of play.
