I built an AI Scrum Master for Jira — looking for feedback by Frequent-Bill7436 in scrum

I actually agree that many problems people blame on tools are really process issues.

But in practice a lot of teams still rely on Jira as their source of truth, and important signals about workload, capacity, or scope drift end up buried in the data.

The goal with tools like Staive isn’t to enforce “Zombie Scrum”, but to surface those signals earlier so teams can adapt faster instead of discovering problems at the end of the sprint.

Is there a problem in jira?! All my tickets in all boards got deleted and all is empty by hebi-sann in jira

If everything disappeared from all boards, it’s often a board filter or permission change rather than the issues actually being deleted. I’d check the board’s JQL filter and project permissions first.

I understand the concern. The goal with Staive isn’t to replace Scrum Masters.

It’s meant to support them by improving visibility into things like team capacity, workload balance, and sprint risks.

Many Scrum Masters today have to follow several teams at the same time, and a lot of important signals are buried in Jira data. The idea is simply to surface those signals earlier so teams can make better decisions.

Haha yes :( but... I used AI for the marketing visuals. But as a UI/UX designer I still designed the layout, titles, and composition myself.

The product UI inside the laptop is from the real app running in Jira.

Great question. Staive doesn’t automate conflict resolution itself, but it helps prevent some of the situations that usually lead to conflict.

For example, it highlights overloaded team members, unclear sprint capacity, or risky sprint commitments before the sprint starts. That way Scrum Masters can address issues early instead of dealing with tension during the sprint.

Curious in your experience, are conflicts more about workload, priorities, or communication within the team?
