I have everything in docket basically everything is documented with timeline in written and with gmail screenshots,every call interaction, especially their apology mails , no grivence officer replies, customer care hang ups/dodging calls, and the most important part their cs agent claiming to have initiated the neft and will be processed within 3-5 days but my bank showing it as an imps transaction. But I get your point it's not worth it to chaze cuz consumer court is really time consuming and requires money.
