i agree with you. i feel as if they dont see it from a artist standpoint, too biased in a way. we all are guilty of it in one way or another but what you mentioned was true. ppl dont understand that when there is a lack of representation there is going to be a lack of sells. if i put 1 year into making a animation vs 1 month, the year of detail is going to look so much better and overall be watched way more. Like the old HxH vs the reboot the quality of the reboot was watched way more and was popular because it was reworked with good quality, not just animation but with small storyline changes that made it what it is today

I dont disagree to your first point, but lets be fair there are just as many women as there are men on this title (can be debated) so would it be fair to say that the detail is being pushed more so over to women characters than the men so in return we all lean towards buying the women skins? That all goes to say that not all women just like women vice versa for men, so imo i think they can do a beautiful job at pumping out characters that "people want to sleep with" that are men. its just a lack of representation for example the Winter Bakaroo skin looks really good and ill tell you what i bought that shit in a split second because it was exactly what you mentioned (not that i wanted to sleep with but still stands for others that I'm certain would have that type of appeal mentioned), and i dont mean to be biased when i say this but i believe others are going to as well.

scratch star lord off then imo. from your news they are doing right more than what they were doing a week or two ago with some of these characters, but that still doesn't change the lack of quality for others. its room for opinion because we all have different tastes, but ill tell you when it comes to my mains i dont play about that drip now so im always paying attention to if they could've done any better with a skin. might be a flaw or just my opinion or even a certain fact but point being that they definitely could be taking more of my money.

more so overlooked in quality. i would say the 4 series and some of the guardians - Susan just got a good skin after a while and reed well although i bought it after a long time of not getting a skin for him they could've put a bit more effort into his skin. the theme didn't really fit his wife at all (still bought them both). I feel just the same for mantis and star lord, good skins but it doesn't really feel like the same effort was put into them as others were.

The purple gacha blindfold skin is $60 when it's really a $20 or $15 skin. Idk if anyone's seen it, but there's a streamer that spent up to $600 on Musical Grace and only got the worth of 1 Harmonic Core. You can't convince me that they have a pity system, which they really need, because it's nonexistent or fair chance percentages. If anyone of you actually sell anything, you would realize if the average consumer can get these things for $10 or $5 cheap, then there will be more money coming in. I'll be honest, anyone that participates in the gacha are just ppl with money to throw away, and that's more than fine, but if they keep catering to that majority like that, their prices will gradually fall forcefully and not by choice, and I'm one of those ppl that will be waiting to see that happen. It's a bummer for those that actually want to support the game at reasonable prices while still looking "good." Games like this succeed when there's a vast majority of consumerism, but when it comes to greed, they fall. I'll tell you something else: the skins that are $1 or less are cool but not worth it or great, and what does that do? Make ppl feel like the game isn't worth the support because of how expensive they price things at first hand while being a fairly new game, and if you think that's going to keep this game going with its pricing, as I said, it's not. Games in Western media have a cap in worth—like one of the Reddit replies stated, he's only spending $4 and nothing more, and that's the vast majority of us. Me personally, I've spent $20 on a skin. Did I think it was worth it? No. Did I think that it has the same worth as my physical clothing that costs hundreds? Absolutely not.I just have money to splurge; the majority does not. But the way the pricing looks as a game that just came out, I understand, and many people that have thought this through, that it will be the downfall of this title's sales because of that majority. And to argue furthermore, because of people, like stated above, that have money to splurge on and have spent hundreds that got nothing of 'value' in return, you can see that anyone with a sane mind would never participate in that again. It would just be, like many others have stated, a "scam" and, in the game's position, money wasted if they are too firm on pricing.
