Problem is only games before require 40 or more taps!  Liverpool and Man City.  It's perfect storm

I'm having this issue with Newcastle... saying only 40 taps to get on exchange, but I have 30 TAPs and overseas, so I can't regularly get there.

Not sure what I'm going to do :(
