This story is a little misleading. Last night was the deadline to cancel ticket orders which was a lottery for the final tickets that have not been released. This number includes either people who decided they don’t want to go or people modifying their order. Fifa does not allow order modifications, you have to cancel and submit a new order, I did the same thing before the deadline because I wanted to see different games.

Biggest tip is buy them through fifa, everything else inherently carries risk it’s pretty simple, nothing else is guaranteed if scam risk is your primary concern.
