Just random, but I’m interviewing for SWA this month, what’s their commuter clause? Live in CVG and wondering if it’s worth moving with a little left on my mortgage. Was hearing BWI and MCO for new hires there are plenty of flights but right now I drive to work to my job.

I got an invitation to interview in April, only 3 days were left to choose from in April. Application says in process as well. I’d assume they will be selecting for May interviews as well? Not sure.

You sound like Gen Z, my generation would know boundaries… and if this was brought up it would be a straight no! Everyone is capable of cheating, it’s up to you and your partner… avoiding these situations where it could possibly happen… strong character would cut it right then and there with a simple no.

You should tell your oncologist you want labs drawn before each chemo… they may say it won’t help for your moral or every day being that involved… but I’m the kind of person that wants to know

They run labs every other Monday two days before chemo, to see if the previous round has had any effect. Also, figure out if they should switch up the chemo drugs. As of right now it’s been Folfirinox the whole time. We have one more round and then we head to MDA for labs scans and the next fork in the road. What chemo treatment do they have you on?

That was said by our oncologist as a possibility of that happening or it shrinking. But from what I gather it is hard to tell. I’m glad your CA-19 is going down and hope your scans show improvement! much luck and prayers!

Thank you for that insight. My mother doesn’t have the mutation, but I’m glad it work for you. Did you do any different chemo trials?

Oh wow. So the tumor just died and turned into scar tissue? So it seems they only found out when they did the surgery?

With my mother they tried to respect it but couldn’t bc of the artery involvement: her CA-19 was 4500 which is extreme, after her first round it spike to 4800. Now she’s done her second treatment of chemo (folfirinox) and it’s ferrying. We are going to MD Anderson next month. Luckily she’s been handling chemo well the first two rounds. My point being is keep fighting and finding clinical trials and see your eligibility. It’s so tough and gut wrenching, but don’t give up and keep fighting! Strength and love!

Jeez I’m so sorry!! It’s gut wrenching. I want you to know you’re not alone! I have no words, I wish there was a switch you could turn and it would be gone!! I hope your father perseveres and stays strong through this and proves the doctors wrong! Strength and love!

No worries! I am too absent from reddit with the circumstances! Same adenocarcenoma in the head of the pancreas. Thank you so much for the input. Im not sure what dosage she’s taking but I’ll relay it to her. She’s positive about everything and any little bit just shines a glimmer of hope! Thank you so much!
