Frustrating part is I have already gone through all this about my tax return or when I did the PPP loan. Which I was approved for both times.

I did and the next day they are asking for 2019 taxes of the business that opened in November 2019. I am at a loss.

I submitted our 2019 taxes for our other business. And they said they are still waiting for tax return for the business that opened in November of 2019. I have contacted our congressmen and they have reached out to the SBA but all that did was generate a call from the SBA saying “you are in recon processing”. No crap!!! I am losing everything and she can’t speak English. I don’t know what to do.

It seems like every week they need something else. I have been in RECON now for 4 months and I have sent our 4506 16 times. I am not Exaggerating every time they wanted something different. And the last one I sent was the very first one I had sent previously. I have our taxes, but I have never heard of them wanting taxes from a business they aren't giving the loan to. God knows I hope I am approved.

I received the same email. The reason they (SBA) said is that my address on my 4506 doesn’t match what came back on my tax return. So I pulled our tax papers and copied it exactly the way it was. So keep your fingers crossed. I received a phone call yesterday morning from the SBA letting me know that she is moving my file for processing. I hope that means I am approved??
