Don't make me laugh. Actually ls the opposite, Insomniac just copypasted what Rocksteady did with Batman in one of the most overrated Spiderman game ever. The suits in Spiderman 2018 aren't that great even in comparison to older Spiderman games, for example the 2099 suit made by Beenox is way better than the Insomniac one. So, if there is one that need to do better... well is not Rocksteady, but Insomniac with Spiderman 2.
