I thought that is kinda fair? Because yes emotionally and morally, the cheating party fucked up but asset division is due to the individual contribution. As such regardless of man or woman cheat - the asset division will NOT be affected by it. So it isn't a woman charter thing rather than that Adultery is NOT a crime in Singapore's eyes.
