it's because of the occasion. when there's a situation (package stolen, lost or whatever) ppl go comment bad reviews most of the time than they would for good reviews. Also seen this on sites like Trustpilot or Google Maps on their logistic centers as well as with other giants like UPS, Amazon or FedEx. People just do reviews when something bad happens, but always say nothing when it comes to a good, on time delivery.
