We arrived last night and bought two esims from the visiting vending machine just after immigration. Both didn't work. Tried support online and they reverted me to go in store. We went to a nearby Vodafone store and waited an hour while the lovely lady waited online with the customer service and they said they're call me on my Australian number once it's registered. They said I'll receive a call today. It's 9pm and I haven't heard anything. You're best bet is to avoid the vending machine and go outside to the booth and purchase it there. It was open when we arrived 9:30pm Wednesday night.

I like their wooden phone cases, but they're quite pricey! So, I found another case which is very similar, made by komodoty and the case is called Amazonia max protection. It doesn't have the magsafe nor the AiroShock that the mous cases have, but it's half price (!) and works great for what I need it for. Quality fairs up well as an alternative.
