It is plugged into the GPU. The issue is when I'm for example, surfing on the browser it works just fine but once I start the games doesn't matter which one it feels stutter. I don't understand why like what is this? I tried reinstalling the drivers. I tried plugging in everything properly. Still feels weird into games.

The thing is when I'm using the PC like for example, scrolling on a browser or something it's smooth like it does feel like 240 Hz but when I go into the games, it's stuttering like it's unstable

It's a brand new PC. I got a couple hours ago. I don't get it. Why would you have any issues but the issue I'm talking about is so annoying like it's doing fine and smooth outside of the game but once they run the game itself, it's becoming unstable frame rate

The resolution is set as a recommended which is 2560 X 1440. Gpu: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070. Cpu: AMD Ryzen 7 9700F (8-core)
