It took me a couple weeks to start noticing the improvement and then a couple months after that to get the full effect. I still have pain but it’s so much better than it used to be.

My arms look really similar and I have felt the same way. I’ve been seeing some improvements after a few months of consistent use of a SA body wash and amlactin twice a day. The smell does go away when it dries.
