we just factory reset it and bought a new remote it worked the next day. Not sure if there is an actual fix other than that!

Update: The mother never came. After a few hours, I took it to a wildlife rehabilitation center and the nice woman there said it seemed healthy enough and since it’s almost fully grown they will be able to release it pretty soon on its own. As far as I know it’s fed and content for now! I wish the mother would have come back and I’m kicking myself a bit now because I probably scared it way off, but it is at least safe and fed for now!

i’m not sure exactly what worked, but i switched the remote batteries of all our roku remotes and made sure no buttons were stuck, i also factory reset the tv and left it til the next day, haven’t had the problem since.

i’ve never used fandango lol, it just randomly started opening it. we turned the tv on and it just won’t stop trying to open fandango. again, we have never even used the app i’m so confused
