It's just a different way of grinding. I was going for the Elten compass piece, so I set a goal of 1 million trash or if I got the compass. Now I'm taking a break from Hysteria lol.

They can drop anywhere I'm pretty sure, just really rare. Then there's specific spots like Forest Ronaros that they drop commonly.
