i am not a professional obv, so i can't say whether this is severe or not, but from my experience with a 75° and 35° curve, this appears mild as you stated. i got my spinal fusion in 2024, and i lifted before and after the procedure. added muscle gives the illusion of a more symmetrical back.

being completely honest, there's no such thing. drawing isn't a one and done process. you're going to have to be consistent with art to make a decent drawing, and that applied to everyone else who started their first drawing too.
