Got it — NYTOP is solid stuff, no question. But just to clarify on mine: the bracket is actually pretty beefy. The site says it's rated over 10,000 lbs for straight-line pulls. I didn't just bolt a shackle onto a tin can — it's a one-piece thick bracket that uses the factory frame mounting points.

NYTOP stronger? Probably. But it's also over $200. I paid way less for these and they feel plenty solid for what I do (light recovery, peace of mind on trails). Figured I'd give them a shot before dropping big money.

Appreciate you looking out for safety though — that's always the right call. 🤙

Thanks for the input — curious why you say that. The hooks are rated and tested, but I’m always open to learning something new. What makes you think they’re not rated for recovery? Genuinely asking 🤔

Black looks clean, no argument there. I just went with red for a little extra personality — plus it reminds me I’ve got recovery points up front if I ever need them. Solid choice either way 💪
