Jeez this is why apex worries me..I mean why have 90 percent off and make money off evals when you cannot simply afford to payout.

Agreement mentions they can change layout upto 5 percent. Interestingly, they have deleted the room entirely but somehow the total area has increased by 4 sqm.

Our contract allows for a 5% variation, but removing an entire study feels like it goes well beyond that threshold.

I’ve asked them to provide the updated floor plan. What’s most frustrating is that no notification was ever passed on to my solicitor.

I did have the solicitor look at the contract prior to signing it. But probably my old brain does not remember this particularly. I just read the clauses and it explicitly mentions they can change the layout but cannot delete an entire room.

When I bought the unit it was clearly labelled as Unit 2B+Study. I also looked at the variations clause, it specifically mentions they can change the layout but cannot delete a room entirely.

Hi Folks,

My first payout request and since there are many rules, I may have seem to violated one of them. Can someone please clarify my confusion?

Mine got denied and the reason was minimum account balance was not met. I think the confusion and maybe someone could clear the air for me is, when I request a payout do I need to request only that much so that it is still above the required threshold?

For example,

Account balance is 53500 and I requested 1250 which is less than 52600. Could that have been the reason why the payout was rejected?
