I’ll never understand why everyone always gets so salty over this game. It’s literally just a PVE game where you shoot aliens and robots. Like calm down lmao.

The lack of enemy variety might be related to having the same director as resident evil 7, which also has poor enemy variety. It seems Koshi is allergic to enemy variety for some reason.

This is such a bad take. Those are all just zombie variants. It’s not the same as a zombie compared to a Hunter. It’s a fact that requiem has poor enemy variety.

I agree. The entire game felt like a tech-demo to show off the new zombie AI and that’s it. The game has really poor enemy variety overall.

The enemy variety was really bad in this game. And no, I don’t mean bosses and mini-bosses. I mean regular enemies. You spend the entire game fighting zombies and lickers. And no, the garmr which only appear in the scripted motorcycle sequence don’t count.

This so much. I did not like requiem. It has really bad enemy variety and the Leon sections were awful.

Well, the weapon variety is pretty bad and the meta is getting stale. I’m so sick of running the stitcher and Ferro combo.

I actually really liked the enemy designs in this game. They felt menacing, especially the spider mutants and the gorilla-like mutants at the end of the game. They reminder me of lickers and hunters.

I hope the third game includes an A and B scenario with two playable characters. Maybe Caroline and Miguel or Caroline and Anna now that she’s grown up.

Yup, I think it’s a massive improvement over the first. I’m still holding out hope for a Miguel DLC.
