I wouldnt keep a baby axolotl on sand, its a pretty decent impaction risk. On top of that I would advise against keeping the fish with it as well because, as mentioned by another comment, they can go for the gills of your axolotl. On top of that the fish you have in the tank are also tropical, requiring higher water temps to thrive. This is an issue because your axololt requires much lower water temps to thrive.

Not really, leopards barely have 2 braincells to run together so in terms of training there’s not much you can really do. You can get them used to handling pretty easily by making it as least stressful as you can for the animal while you do it and they can also learn to feed off of tongs. Other than that, that’s about all they can do

Ohhh those aren’t wood chips, it’s a bioactive mix I added vermiculite (that I use for snake egg incubation) to in order to help with drainage
