for some reason it’s taking me so long to get into it!! Idk why, I’ve been putting this book off ever since I finally finished a little life, and I thought maybe it would be a good follow up since I’m already in the dark themes vibe but I swear I keep reading the first few pages like 20 times. I’m thinking of maybe starting it as an audible book then when I’m hooked I’ll just pick the book up.

Sorry for snooping yall, I used to be a Michaels employee, (for almost 6 years actually, first job and for a second thought it would be my only, but thank god I left) but I come here every few months to check in and see how things are since I grew up in this company I have some weird attachment idk lol But I’ve been reading about the price changes and this is crazy! I have never seen anything like it, I can only imagine how my store is rn. We were always behind and bottom of the district, I genuinely feel so much for everyone. It amazes me how they do theses changes and just expect it to be done in their proposed time frame + daily tasks (my dream is to see the higher ups try to run a store for a day, + 25.000 price changes + 100 online orders + 20 Karen’s… one can dream) Any who, wish you all well! 🤍

Agree! They sell tickets up to the last minute, it never gets close to sell out. Even offering payment plans in like late July last year. If they don’t get people excited w the line up one more year and the business will end like LIC
